Meals

Pupils may have school lunches free of charge or they may bring a packed lunch. Students in Kindergarten receive breakfast, and an afternoon snack. Students in grades 1-5 receive a mid-morning snack. School lunch includes a main course, salad/drink, fruit/desert, bread and water. Menu is available in our school web site.

Exams

Parents of students taking public and external exams will be invoiced separately. Examples of fees for the current year are obtainable from the admissions office.

Some clubs and activities

As part of or extra-curricular program some of the activities on offer are provided by outside teachers. A separate charge is made for this usually payable through the school office.

Residential Trips

The School organizes local or overseas residential trips. Parents may be asked to contribute to these trips.

Financial Regulations

Applications will only be considered received and valid upon receipt of registration fee.

For enrollment of students entering school after 15 October, the tuition fee is calculated based on the remaining academic days.

Late payment

If the school fees are not paid on time, the school reserves the right to apply late payment at a rate of 0.2% of the amount due per day.

If within a month from sending the penalty invoice, the debt and penalties are still unpaid, the company reserves the right to deny the pupil access to school.

Students with outstanding accounts (i.e., unpaid fees more than 30 days overdue) may have their school attendance privileges revoked by the school and will not be guaranteed a place in the subsequent semester and beyond until such time as their account is made current or an acceptable plan for payment arranged with the Accountancy Office. Returning students must clear all outstanding accounts before being allowed to register for a subsequent semester. For students withdrawing from the school, transcripts, transfer documentation and other records may only be released upon receipt of full payment (including any late payment penalties) of all outstanding fees.

Notice of Withdrawal

Parents planning on withdrawing their children from MIST during or at the end of any semester must notify the School Office in writing at least 30 days before by submitting a Withdrawal Notice form. Any refunds will be made in 21 working days.
